How do I register the staff who will be at the booth?
The contact person listed when booking the booth will receive an email from Trippus with information on how to log in to the exhibitor portal. The username is the email address provided when booking, and you will create your own password when you log in for the first time. If you don’t have a password or have forgotten it, you can easily request a new one using the “Forgot Password” feature.
In the exhibitor portal, under the “Personnel” tab, you can register the people who will be working at the booth. It’s important to do this well in advance of the trade show so that you can easily print exhibitor badges upon arrival on move-in day.

Create your personal guest list
For a detailed description of how to log in to the portal, see the section titled “How do I register the staff who will be at the booth?”
Once you’ve logged in to the exhibitor portal, you’ll find a unique registration link under the “Guests” tab that you can share with both existing and potential customers. Through this link, they can register for the trade show free of charge and receive a 50% discount on the conference ticket. When someone uses your personal link, this is recorded in the exhibitor portal, giving you a clear overview of who has registered through you. There, you can also start booking meetings and planning your participation before the trade show
If you wish to purchase conference tickets internally, you can also use the same link and take advantage of the 50 per cent discount.
Scan visitors at your booth
Lead Scanning login is used by exhibitors to scan visitors at their stand. The visitors’ details are then collected as leads in their exhibitor portal.
The tool is included in your registration fee, for one user. If you would like an unlimited number of users, this is available with an upgraded registration fee; read more here.
Please note – there is no need to download an app; simply use the login details provided.
What are the regulations for high-rise construction?
A charge applies to structures, advertising messages and similar items exceeding 2.50 metres in height. This does not apply to mounted lighting. Structures taller than 2.50 metres must be secured to the ceiling using safety cables. Please contact your point of contact when booking your stand.
