About conference tickets
What is included in my conference ticket?
Access to the full seminar programme and the trade fair for two days. The networking event on the first day of the trade fair is also included. If you would like to add lunch and coffee, you can do so by selecting an optional package when booking.
Can I cancel my conference ticket?
No, the purchase is non-refundable, but it is possible to transfer the ticket to a colleague. You can do this by amending the participant details via your booking confirmation, or by contacting samfunn@liveexpo.se, who can help you change the name on the ticket for a fee.
What applies once I have taken out cancellation cover?
With cancellation cover, you are protected and will receive a full refund of the conference fee if you are unable to attend the trade fair due to unexpected illness. To claim a refund of the conference fee, you must provide the original medical certificate, which should be sent to samfunn@liveexpo.se. The refund applies only to the conference fee, not to charges for cancellation cover, travel, accommodation or any other expenses you incur in connection with your participation. What are the rules regarding name changes on my ticket?
You can do this by amending the group details via your booking confirmation. If you require assistance with a name change or adding an extra guest to your booking, please contact samfunn@liveexpo.se. Changes are subject to an administration fee.

What's included in my trade show ticket?
The exhibition and all sessions on our open stages. If you would like access to the entire program, you can upgrade your registration to a conference ticket.
If I want to visit the exhibition for more than one day, do I use the same ticket?
Yes, your ticket is valid for both days.

You can do this during the registration process. When you register for a free trade show ticket, you can add a networking event for a fee via credit card. If you already have a free trade show ticket, you can access your booking confirmation and modify your activities to add a networking event to your reservation.

How do I get my ticket?
Your tickets will be available for pickup at the on-site registration desk. Tickets will not be mailed in advance. A few days before the trade show begins, you will receive a text message with a unique barcode. When you arrive at NOVA Spektrum, simply scan the barcode to receive your personalized name badge, which serves as your admission to the conference/trade show.
Can I buy a ticket on site?
Yes, you can.
How do I sign up for the morning seminars?
You can sign up when you register your ticket, but you can also sign up by accessing your booking confirmation, modifying your activities, and adding the morning seminars you’d like to attend.
Regarding Morning Seminars
Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time, as the doors may be closed to avoid disrupting the speakers and participants. Feel free to arrive well in advance, as there are often lines at the coat check when the seminar begins.
Regarding the lockers
The coat check is located at the entrance to the exhibition hall, where you can check your jacket and bag for a fee. Payment is by card.
During the morning seminars, many visitors arrive at the same time, which often leads to lines at the coat check. We therefore recommend that you plan your arrival well in advance. If you arrive just five minutes before the seminar starts, you risk having to wait in line and thus missing the beginning of the seminar. You may bring your jacket into the seminar room and drop it off at the coat check after the morning seminars.
On-site cafes and restaurants
There are restaurants and cafes available at the convention center. There are also several restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity of the convention center that offer a varied selection of food, ranging from light meals to the daily lunch special.

Age Restrictions and Students
Our trade shows are strictly professional events and are open only to representatives from the business community and the public sector. We do not admit students or job seekers. Proof of identity may be required at the entrance, along with a business card or identification from your company or organization—minimum age 18.
Can I bring a stroller?
Due to space constraints in the exhibition hall, unfortunately, strollers are not allowed inside the exhibition hall.
Can I film and take photos myself?
Yes, on the exhibition floor. But you must make sure to get consent from the person you want to photograph or film. If the person does not give consent, you must respect that.
Photography and filming are not permitted at some of our sessions. You will be informed of this before the panel begins.
